The PLAY Campaign

PLAY, Promoting a Lifetime of Activity for Youth, is a campaign of the Professional Baseball Athletic Trainers Society in conjunction with the Taylor Hooton Foundation. The PLAY Campaign is designed to promote awareness for healthy and active living among America's youth. The Taylor Hooton Foundation brings the component of educating about the dangers of Performance Enhancing Drugs (PED's). The PLAY Campaign travels to all 30 Major League Baseball stadiums and teaches these important messages to thousands of children. This blog will follow the campaign around the country and post pictures from the events and interviews from people directly involved.

This week we have 2 PLAY Campaigns. Tomorrow,  Tuesday the 27th, we'll be in Kauffman Stadium with the Royals and on Wednesday the 28th we'll be in Petco Park with the San Diego Padres. We're really looking forward to having these great events and make sure to check back at the end of the week for pictures!
